Aikanysh Saparalieva is a Country Lead of Glovo Kyrgyzstan, the co-founder, and president of the e-commerce Association of the Kyrgyz Republic. The national consultant for ITC on developing eCommerce strategy for Kyrgyzstan.

She has received her master’s degree in e-business management at the University of Warwick, UK. Aikanysh has interned at the e-government branch of UNDESA at United Nations Headquarters in New York and was involved in developing the UN E-government development survey 2018. Aikanysh is the initiator of the establishment of the e-commerce Association in Kyrgyzstan which was launched to foster the e-commerce development in Kyrgyzstan, to enhance the export potential through cross-border e-commerce, and to become a platform for dialogue between the online business community, Government, and international partners. As a leader of the e-commerce Association, Aikanysh is involved in developing e-commerce law and is frequently invited guest speaker and a catalyst for empowering women and youth in Kyrgyzstan.
